Wendy was my beautiful sister. I didn't know her for very long, she was a poorly little girl from
when she was born and she passed away in the Duchess of York Hospital when she was 18 months old.
I was only nine years old at the time but I remember it as if it was only yesterday.
She had big blue eyes and gorgeous blonde hair and the most wonderful smile.
I miss her terribly. God Bless you Wendy.

I am a tiny angel
I'm smaller than your thumb
I live in peoples pockets

Before I was an angel...
I was a fairy in a flower
God himself hand picked me
And gave me angel power
Now god has many angels
That he trains in angel pools
We become his eyes and ears and hands

And because god is so busy
With way too much to do
He said that my assignment
Is to keep close watch on you
When he tucked me in your pocket
He blessed you with angel care

When angels sense you need them

they come unseen from everywhere
to help and comfort you

to other hearts that need
the love of angels very much
but one at least stays with you
as your constant friend and guide
for guardian angels never leave
they're always at your side

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord
Many scenes from life flashed across the sky,
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand
Sometimes there were two sets of footrpints;
Other times There was one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed
That during the saddest scenes of my life
When i was suffering from anguish,sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to the Lord "You promised me, Lord,
That if i followed You,
You would walk with me always,
But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life,
There has only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when i have needed You most,
Have You not been there for me ?
The Lord replied,"My precious,precious child,
The times when you have only seen one set of footprints in the sand,
Is when I carried you"
